廣大興號 屏檢下午2點半開記者會

屏東地檢署偵辦廣大興28號漁船案，今7日下午2點半，在地檢署二樓召開記會，公佈偵查結果。

據悉，屏檢認為菲律賓海監船上包括指揮官在內共八名官兵，對廣大興號漁船上船員任意開槍射擊，雖菲國辯稱無意殺人，僅針對引擎室開槍，但檢方認為菲國官兵不顧船上手無寸鐵船員安危，連續開了一百多槍，有不確定殺人故意，將他們依蓄意殺人罪起訴。
