不知道台中這樣的陷阱有多少個

本人於2013年8月3日約10點多到台中新光三越逛街， 車輛停放在新光三越附近停車格（西屯區惠來路二段），當時附近有相當多的停車空格，本人選其中一個空位停車，約3點離開時發現車輛被開違規停車單子（如附件），罰單說本人佔用停放在身心障礙停車格

1.本人將車輛移開，停車格並未有身心障礙標誌(附圖)
2.地上無身心障礙標誌卻是身障停車格，造成交通陷阱，民眾還需要花時間申訴，
3.當時開車離時，有三四台車都要開進這停車格，經本人告知才又離開，明顯標示不清
4.收到罰單才發現有立身障停車格立牌，個人疏忽沒有看到，但我介意的是地方並無標誌或者可以說有標誌但不清幾乎看不見

日期打錯了...那是筆誤
一般開車都會看地上有無停車標誌
我是收到罰單才看到有標誌
事實上是地上並無明顯標誌
當時停車格很多
我並不是故意去停的

我覺得我是行的正的
地上沒有標誌
我去看了周圍的身障停車格
每一個地上都標示很清楚

我停車是倒車入庫
那個角度不會看到牌子
停好車坐在位子上也看不到
當收到罰單的時候
那個牌子也是有污泥在身上
