洪同袍談申訴：打1985算「越級」，取消榮譽假

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，洪仲丘的同袍鄭博元昨天受訪，談到軍中申訴管道情形。
 
鄭博元說，「軍中的投訴管道，你打1985，就是『越級申訴』，你沒有『逐級回報』，旅上就會以你越級申報為由，取消你連上單位的榮譽假」。
