813醫院影片外流　曹金生：不曉得為何流出

【綜合報導】三立新聞台《前進新台灣》節目下午call out最高軍事檢察署檢察長曹金生，主持人質疑醫院監視器畫面為何流出，且為何只有背面影片，沒有正面，是否在設停損點。曹金生回應：813醫院錄影帶目前查扣中，而影片不曉得是誰流出來的，我們無從查證。

主持人也詢問對影片查扣後依舊外流，是否涉及偵查不公開，曹金生回應：當然會查是誰流出去的，該誰負責就誰負責，並再次強調疑似遭范佐憲買飲料畫面，經查證結果影片中人士證實不是范佐憲。
