役男案 士官長陳以人被請回

（中央社記者陳培煌、邱俊欽台北18日電）軍檢偵辦洪仲丘案，542旅旅部連士官長陳以人今天前往高等軍事法院檢察署應訊，經過數小時偵訊被請回。

陳以人律師受訪表示，陳以人今天是以證人身分出庭。

高等軍事法院檢察署偵辦陸軍下士洪仲丘命案，陳以人上午近9時前往應訊；傍晚請回後，搭乘部隊車輛離開。

針對洪仲丘案，陸軍司令部將所有移送法辦人員，由六軍團專人管制。1020718
