拆大埔 吳敦義：盡量兼顧情理法

【實習記者黃信維／台北報導】苗栗縣政府今強制拆遷大埔4戶。日前曾介入協調的副總統吳敦義下午面對媒體提問：「是否說話不算話？」時，吳強調，處理大埔4戶已盡量兼顧情理法，「不要用不正式、刺激的語言」，「大埔事件怎麼會說話不算話？99%以上都是確定的。」
 
吳敦義表示，大埔4戶中有3戶分別只拆除圍牆、沒拆房屋，或拆除違建鐵皮屋，不拆柱子，另有1戶產權上有糾紛；至於最後「張藥房」部分，他曾建議苗栗縣長劉政鴻積極溝通，兼顧情理法各層面，但劉必須依法行政，維護整體苗栗縣民的公義，所以關於拆除「張藥房」一事「給予尊重」。
