【綜合報導】今天立院開議，江宜樺將於關說風暴後首度與王金平同台，對此早上王金平於8點5分現身立院時，對於外界的問題都不願多做回答。

對於江宜樺將上台施政報告，親民黨立委李桐豪在受訪時則表示，親民黨認為江宜樺根本不適任行政院長，讓江揆下台，大家一起來拚經濟，把政爭拋諸腦後才是正途，現在江揆對於立院的羞辱已經完全違背了憲政分立的原則，除非他進立院之前向立院正式道歉，否則根本不夠格上台。

【陳培煌／台北報導】今天是立院新會期開議日，因關說風暴，導致朝野氣氛緊繃，民進黨立委林佳龍、蘇震清等人一早進入議場時，都遵循民進黨團「黑衫軍」策略，全都穿黑衣，立委李俊俋雖穿西裝，不過他說，進入議場後，會立即換上黑衣。

面對政壇風暴，親民黨立委李桐豪則說，江宜樺應該要下台，台灣經濟才會起來。

標題[變髮] 反推台中bors

一如版上說的hank 事前會有很詳細的溝通 洗髮很輕柔 動作很緩慢 是的~~結果如下 原以為溝通完長度只要剪5cm 設計師對長度這東西應該會很有概念 結果變短10cm 這還可以接受 畢竟我的頭髮也快到腰部了 討論時一直強調 我在乎的點是瀏海和髮尾及髮量 分析了半天 說要如何如何調整 如何如何做出想要的效果 結果 慢慢剪 剪完花了快2個小時 我得到了一個"現在瀏海沒辦法動,要過久一點再來剪"的結論!! 那討論這麼久的瀏海呢????? 而一開始說髮流髮量問題 剪太短會翹 這我很了解自己的缺點 剪太短層次打太高 都不行 OK~ 結果 最外層最短的地方到肩膀 翹了!! 怎麼吹彎都翹 在店裡處理都這樣了 我回家自己洗自己吹乾的不專業更慘!! 另外 一直對我強調用"厚重"的感覺來拉視覺效果 不太能打層次 好~這我也接受不能又要輕盈又要好整理 結果是 連最最基本要連成一氣的層次出來了 還是有分3層超明顯效果的 最外層肩膀 中層長了5cm 內層在腰上15cm 接都接不上!! 結論:抱怨到語無倫次 沒有下一次了 極不推 附帶一點 洗完頭後沒有吹乾慢慢剪~~剪到頭髮乾掉再噴點水繼續剪 身為一個大肚子孕婦我可能生氣的點比較低 這也蠻不能接受的!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.227.193.90

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市葉姓女子(43歲) 開車行經台中市太原路與西屯路口時，陳姓警察發現她邊開車邊講行動電話，要她移車至路旁，當場開單告發，葉女不滿，連續辱罵警員「你是惡霸、惡霸、惡霸警察、惡霸警察」，葉女依侮辱公務員及公然侮辱罪被起訴。

事後葉女向陳姓警員道歉，陳男撤回公然侮辱罪告訴，台中地院另就葉女侮辱公務員部份判處拘役25日，得易科罰金2萬5千元。

【林世雄／台中報導】台中市致用高中3年級3名學生陳銘耀、張育綸、陳聖杰在上周於龍華科大舉辦的人工智慧單晶片電腦鼠競賽中，打敗來自全國126支隊伍，以31秒的成績勇奪線迷宮鼠第1名，比第2名還快上7 秒，他們在古典電腦鼠走迷宮組，也拿到第3名，表現優異。

張育綸說，他與隊友從今年2月開始就投入電腦鼠設計，幾乎所有周休2日及暑假都沒休息，均待在學校接受老師與畢業學長的指導，甚至還讓家長質疑他們「為何沒事一直往外跑？」如今得獎，一切付出都值得了，未來打算繼續升學並研謮電子相關科系或工業管理。

【張勵德／台北報導】天兔颱風來勢洶洶，不但中秋節連續假期泡湯，強風豪雨威脅更可能致災！中央大學大氣系兼任副教授吳德榮提醒，由於目前正處在東北風的環境中，天兔颱風從巴士海峽通過，颱風與東北風交互作用下，宜花東地區、北部山區及恆春半島首當其衝，加上颱風移動速度不快，持續性的降雨恐釀災，「防災單位皮要繃緊一點了！」

吳德榮表示，天兔颱風走典型秋颱的路徑，所幸目前無鋒面系統南下，應不會產生共伴效應，但東北風與颱風環流交互作用下，迎風面的北部山區、東半部地區及恆春半島要嚴防豪雨的威脅。

吳德榮強調，由於天兔所處的位置海溫偏高，接近台灣還有3天的時間，強度不排除增強到中度颱風以上，加上未來路徑變數仍大，一旦進入巴士海峽後偏北，颱風中心甚至可能從台東、恆春半島一帶通過，強風的威脅也不能小覷，「民眾不要顧著過中秋節而忘記防災！」
