開車講手機遭罰　女罵「惡霸警察」判拘

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市葉姓女子(43歲) 開車行經台中市太原路與西屯路口時，陳姓警察發現她邊開車邊講行動電話，要她移車至路旁，當場開單告發，葉女不滿，連續辱罵警員「你是惡霸、惡霸、惡霸警察、惡霸警察」，葉女依侮辱公務員及公然侮辱罪被起訴。

事後葉女向陳姓警員道歉，陳男撤回公然侮辱罪告訴，台中地院另就葉女侮辱公務員部份判處拘役25日，得易科罰金2萬5千元。
