【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台北市士林分局已婚偵查員吳承洋(42歲)，前年辦案認識1名15歲少女，前年11月至去年1月間，2人4次汽車旅館嘿咻，5次在地點昏暗的路邊大搞警車車震，吳承洋被判刑2年。

《蘋果》報導，少女去年7、8月間，因吸毒被送往彰化少年輔育院收容，輔導員檢查少女日記赫見她竟與辦案警員上床，還清楚記載歷次性愛時間及地點，通知家長。

少女表示，因愛慕吳男自願和他上床，士林地院考量2人確有情愫，雙方也以50萬元和解，因此輕判予以緩刑。士林分局長李德威昨說，吳承洋因所犯罪名不須免職，目前請育嬰假留職停薪至明年11月，待收到判決書後，將他移送公懲會進行懲戒。

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】雙十國慶！宜蘭市一間眼鏡行老闆郭威辰，因從小喜歡管樂，自動在網路上號召喜歡銅管樂器的同好們，九名愛吹管樂的民眾，今天一早齊聚在宜蘭火車站前的丟丟銅廣場，於8時30分演奏國歌，祝福台灣「生日快樂」，讓一旁民眾很感動。
 
整曲國歌，在短短1分10秒內吹奏完畢，眾人大喊「生日快樂」後，隨即快閃離去，活動發起人郭威辰說，去年就獨自一人在丟丟銅廣場吹奏國歌，因為覺得台灣民族近年來意識越來越低，希望透過吹奏國歌喚醒，今年參加的人數倍增，希望能越來越多，能成為常態活動，對於「愛國」盡一點綿薄之力。
 
「愛管樂就是愛台灣啦！」參加活動的一名水電工林育鳴，吹奏完後立刻快閃趕上班。還有遠從台北趕到宜蘭的吳振堂說，已有20年沒吹奏國歌，覺得「很熱血、好玩」。
 
吹法國號的林伯璋說，因覺得活動很有意義，「一定要愛國一下」，雖然有超過10年沒吹奏國歌，「重新回味感覺不錯」，未來若還有類似活動，會再次參加。
參加活動的賴韋州笑說，因郭是同一所高中的學長，到他所開設的眼鏡行修眼鏡，立刻被徵召，原本以為自己起不來，結果還是爬起來參加活動，感覺很有意義。

今天是雙十國慶日，一早由十多校大學生籌組而成的「黑色島國青年陣線」，就把宣傳車開往景福門前，遭警方強行驅逐，造成宣傳車駕駛左手左腳受傷送往台大醫院。

黑島青不受影響，聚集在凱達格蘭大道前，高唱改編成台語版的「Do you hear the people sing」，並在畫有總統馬英九、立法院長王金平、行政院長江宜樺的白布條上，蓋滿黑手印，隨後帶隊前往立法院群賢樓前，聲援公民1985行動聯盟「十月十日，天下圍公」活動。

對於上午警方與學生衝突，東吳大學政治所學生陳冠宇痛批，在凱達格蘭大道國慶大典會場外，百名學生親眼目睹成員被大批警力從宣傳車上強行拖下受傷。他直指，「如果這不是國家暴力，那什麼才是國家暴力？」

【戴之聖／基隆報導】「我只是騎車來上廁所的！」基隆安樂派出所警員昨天晚間8時許行經麥金路時，發現1名42歲邵姓女子騎著機車搖搖晃晃疑似酒駕，在1家加油站前將她攔下，當場聞到濃濃酒味，欲執行酒測時，邵女子大聲喊：「拜託！先讓我尿尿，快要受不了！」警方便讓邵女上完廁所再執行酒測，發現她酒測值達0.28毫克，隨即將她帶回派出所訊問。

邵女向警方表示，自己在七堵和友人喝酒，才喝1罐啤酒就覺得尿急，加上店內廁所大排長龍，所以只好自己騎車四處找廁所，不料只是想解決內急，居然被查到酒駕實在夠倒楣；警方訊後依公共危險罪將邵女移送法辦。
