警車上嘿咻少女　性愛日記揭警判2年

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台北市士林分局已婚偵查員吳承洋(42歲)，前年辦案認識1名15歲少女，前年11月至去年1月間，2人4次汽車旅館嘿咻，5次在地點昏暗的路邊大搞警車車震，吳承洋被判刑2年。

《蘋果》報導，少女去年7、8月間，因吸毒被送往彰化少年輔育院收容，輔導員檢查少女日記赫見她竟與辦案警員上床，還清楚記載歷次性愛時間及地點，通知家長。

少女表示，因愛慕吳男自願和他上床，士林地院考量2人確有情愫，雙方也以50萬元和解，因此輕判予以緩刑。士林分局長李德威昨說，吳承洋因所犯罪名不須免職，目前請育嬰假留職停薪至明年11月，待收到判決書後，將他移送公懲會進行懲戒。
