酒後內急騎車找廁所　女子遭警查獲酒駕

【戴之聖／基隆報導】「我只是騎車來上廁所的！」基隆安樂派出所警員昨天晚間8時許行經麥金路時，發現1名42歲邵姓女子騎著機車搖搖晃晃疑似酒駕，在1家加油站前將她攔下，當場聞到濃濃酒味，欲執行酒測時，邵女子大聲喊：「拜託！先讓我尿尿，快要受不了！」警方便讓邵女上完廁所再執行酒測，發現她酒測值達0.28毫克，隨即將她帶回派出所訊問。

邵女向警方表示，自己在七堵和友人喝酒，才喝1罐啤酒就覺得尿急，加上店內廁所大排長龍，所以只好自己騎車四處找廁所，不料只是想解決內急，居然被查到酒駕實在夠倒楣；警方訊後依公共危險罪將邵女移送法辦。
