【郭美瑜／台北報導】市議員戴錫欽今下午在市議會質詢時表示，北市近日託播1999市民熱線宣傳廣播，對話曖昧，例如內容：「老公：咦？電燈修好了，這，你也打1999？太太：當然不是，外頭事找1999；家裡事，哼，我請隔壁小張…」。戴說，「我聽到差點噴飯！」他認為，找隔壁小張的曖昧對話，可能想引起民眾注意，但令人有聯想，內容有斟酙必要。

北市府研考會主委袁乃娟說，此對話易讓人有其他聯想。袁答詢後受訪表示，此廣告分4篇，共花245萬元播出，9月16日起播出2個月，此篇為夫妻篇，預計播出至本月16日。袁說。市府尚未接獲其他民眾反應，她不覺得廣告內容不妥，將會繼續播。

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】先前不少居家失火，都是因為家中火警沒有發揮作用，多半也因為警報器常誤響，主人嫌吵將電池拔掉，為解決這個問題，讓警報器能發揮真正作用，美國加州一居家自動化公司Nest Labs研發出一款會先發出口頭警告，並傳送火警簡訊到手機的火災警報器，而且只要用手一揮，就能關閉警報，讓用戶不用再面臨警報器大響，無法即時關閉的困擾。

這款警報器可偵測熱度、一氧化碳和煙霧，一發現煙霧或一氧化碳濃度增加，就會先發出警告，如果用戶外出，系統還會發送簡訊通知，如果家中有多間房間都安裝警報器的話，還能特別標出是哪個房間失火，售價約是台幣5200元。

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】3日在義大利的蘭佩杜沙島外海，發生一艘載有逾500名非洲難民船沉沒事故，超過300人喪命，隨著一具具屍體被打撈起來，也揭發許多讓人心痛的故事，其中一具明顯早產的男嬰屍體，臍帶都還沒剪斷和媽媽緊連在一起，救難人員推測婦人應是在船上生產，不幸遇到船難，新生兒才剛來到這世上，隨即就葬生大海中。

母子2人被放在同一個棺材中安葬，死掉的媽媽也相當年輕，僅約20歲左右，這個悲慘的故事被報導出來，是因為歐盟一名官員探訪現場時，發現一具棺材特別龐大，詢問之下才得知原由，打撈起這對母女屍體的警員表示，從發現屍體那天起，他就難以入眠，現場同僚看見後大家都哭了。

這艘船上載乘的都是尋求庇護的非洲人，他們搭船冒險渡海而來，目的在尋求庇護途徑，希望能移居歐洲。

中華女籃想在「末代」東亞運留下好名次，今晚6點對上地主大陸隊成最關鍵一役；只要贏球，獎牌成色就是銀牌起跳。

天津東亞運女籃只有5隊參賽，採單循環後直接排定名次；除派出國家一隊的日本隊，以國家隊年輕主力出征的中華隊及以國奧參賽的大陸，實力都遠高出香港和關島。

昨天中華隊首戰香港，3節打完分數就99分，終場輕鬆以119：44奪勝，12人上場都有建樹。

中華隊總教練洪玲瑤說：「我們這場在適應裁判尺度，哨音決定我們對大陸的身體抗衡強度；如果進入犯規麻煩，對我們會很不利。」

中華與大陸兩隊上周在北京進行兩場友誼賽，中華隊各以6分、2分吞敗。

大陸有五球員身高達190公分，張麗婷更有199公分；中華隊今天戰術除將對手長人往外拉，另要靠協防固守禁區。
