鷹揚八卦開幕鷹況佳

彰化縣鷹揚八卦賞鷹活動今天開幕，今明兩天的上午9點到下午4點在彰化火車站，都有免費賞鷹巡迴接駁專車。

林務局南投林區管理處、觀光局參山國家風景區管理處及彰化生活美學館上午在八卦山脈生態遊客中心舉行開幕典禮,會場熱鬧滾滾。

彰化縣野鳥學會的灰面鵟鷹人偶「小灰」、中華鳥會台灣藍鵲人偶與南投林管處的兩隻台灣獼猴人偶，是家長和小朋友爭相合影的人氣吉祥物。

彰化縣長夫人劉慧如代表縣長魏明谷出席，剛好上百隻灰面鵟鷹飛過，引起一陣騷動，民眾紛紛跑到帳棚外觀看。

根據氣象雷達顯示，昨天飛抵恆春半島的數千隻灰面鵟鷹，今天上午11點到12點、下午3點到4點30之間會抵達彰化八卦山脈，民眾可把握機會觀賞。
