殺3人判免死　顧立雄：社會應修好他

今天出版的《蘋果日報》報導，新北市「心魔殺手」陳男，十二年前殺害兩名女童，因有精神病而輕判六年出獄，四年前又亂棒打死一名林姓少婦，狡辯被「心魔」控制而殺人。一、二審指他八年奪三命，視人命如草芥，均依殺人罪判死，但更一審認定他有教化可能，逆轉改判無期徒刑，最高法院昨維持更一審判決定讞。

《自由時報》報導，最高法院言詞辯論時，陳的辯護律師顧立雄、高涌誠、翁國彥等人指出，「對於一個有嚴重瑕疵的人，社會應修好他或是銷毀他？」強調有7家醫院鑑定結果，都認為陳有嚴重的思覺失調症，根據兩公約及聯合國相關決議，不能判處精神障礙者死刑（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
