台灣面臨67年來最嚴重旱災，部分地區提前進入第三階段限水，水資源利用問題再度浮上檯面，全民動起來抗旱，不過使用節水產品有效嗎？

除此之外，政府也喊出要清淤不過政府卻是「聲聲慢」為什麼會做不好？

另外，現在政府考慮訂定旱季水價，這真的能以價制量，達到讓民眾省水的目標嗎？
