金融市場領頭羊重要央行：須牧羊人

中央銀行外匯局長顏輝煌表示，羊很容易迷路，須要領頭羊，但領頭羊畢竟還是羊，也會迷路，成為迷途的羔羊，所以要靠牧羊人；金融市場也是一樣的道理。

顏輝煌今天在財團法人台北外匯發展基金會春酒晚宴致辭時祝大家羊年快樂之外，也指出，領頭羊很重要，金融市場做投資常須領頭羊，但領頭羊還是羊，也有迷路的時候。

他說，美國就有一個例子，一群羊在懸崖邊吃草，其中一隻羊掉下懸崖，接著就有1500隻羊跟著跳下去，結果有450多隻羊死掉，可見牧羊人的重要。

他以金融市場須牧羊人，暗喻央行在金融市場牧羊人的角色。
