監察院監察委員楊美鈴、方萬富，16日抵南市進行地方巡察，將於當日上午10時30分至12時，在台南市政府民治市政中心行政大樓1樓第一會議室受理民眾陳情。民眾陳情時，請攜帶相關陳情文件資料，供監察委員參考。

台南市府表示，民眾如有陳情需求，請以電話撥打市民服務熱線1999，或至台南市政府永華、民治市政中心1樓市民服務中心臨櫃登記，以便安排監察委員巡察當日接見事宜。

台南市府表示，逾時民眾，僅安排受理書面陳情，恕不安排監委接見陳情。由於監委巡察行程非常緊湊，僅於民治市政中心開放市民陳情。
