為強化保險業的專業經營管理，金管會今(12)日)宣布，將修正「保險業負責人應具備資格條件準則」，規定保險業設有常務董(理)事者，應有2人以上，符合保險專業資格。

金管會指出，為強化保險業專業經營，並符合金融監理一致性，保險公司應具備保險專業資格的常務董理事，並於選任後15日內，檢具有關資格文件報主管機關；如果資格條件不被認可，主管機關得限期令保險業調整。
