中南部(北部也有)許多雇主無視勞基法即將修法採取的是隔周休制度以目前的勞基法而言早已超過法定工時為什麼許多中南部公司仍有恃無恐? 是仗著:"你不做還有一堆人要搶著做"的心態掐住勞工的咽喉薪資低我就先不提偶爾會和雇主談到此問題多半欠缺相關的概念勞動部的勞動檢查也不知道有無徹底落實要如何點醒雇主,取消隔周休這種沒有效率的制度呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 121.254.109.103 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1425135538.A.605.html
