一、台灣GDP年年成長，可是底層勞工的薪資反而倒退了15年。換言之「賺錢的是公司，員工卻沒分享」，工會希望透過簽訂團體協約的方式，讓員工可以分享公司的營業利潤，以便提升員工的生活水平。
