周麗芳出任北市副市長　吳思華：樂觀其成

台北市第3位副市長由政治大學財政學系特聘教授周麗芳出任。教育部部長吳思華以前是政大校長，和周麗芳共事過，吳思華說，周麗芳的專業素養和行政能力都很強，曾在他擔任政大校長期間，周麗芳
當過2年公企中心主任、3年研發長，也曾借調至中央健康保險局當副總經理，目前教育部的「青年居住論壇」也有請周麗芳幫忙。吳思華說他不知道周麗芳參加遴選，但他覺得「非常好，樂觀其成」。（蔡永彬／台北報導）
