台中市烏日區4日下午發生一起兩輛機車擦撞事件，騎士人車倒地受傷；陸軍第十軍團成功嶺虎威部隊官兵剛好開會返回隊部途經，見狀立即下車協助照護傷者、交通指揮與維護現場。
