復航一架從台北松山機場飛往金門的班機，今天上午不幸發生墜機意外，救難人員已經尋獲黑盒子，交給飛安會進一步調查事故發生原因。而復航去年澎湖空難跟今天的意外，都是採用ATR72客機。這是什麼樣的飛機？這起事故可能原因又有哪些？
