黃志芳將接民進黨國際部主任

民進黨人士透露，前外交部長黃志芳將接任民進黨國際部主任一職，今天下午民進黨中央將公布此一新人事案。

黃志芳是外交部出身，曾任總統府公共事務室主任、總統府副秘書長，陳水扁執政時期，擢升黃志芳出任外交部部長，不過，黃志芳2008年因巴紐建交案請辭下台。

2012年北檢偵查巴紐案後，予以不起訴。但黃志芳沉潛相當長一段時間。

民進黨內高層今天受訪時，證實黃志芳因為外交資歷深厚，將出任民進黨國際部主任。黃志芳本人受訪時，不證實也不否認。
