海洋大學外海漁船擱淺　3船員安全無虞

有驚無險！國立臺灣海洋大學外海驚傳漁船擱淺，今天中午12時許，海洋大學工學館外海處，有一搜漁船卡在礁石上動彈不得，現場民眾見狀趕緊報警處理。警消人員到場，3名漁工於順利脫困均無外傷，現場一艘民間漁船將擱淺的漁船拖離至碧砂漁港，警消人員在旁戒備。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
