經濟部投審會今天宣布，有關頂新集團擬將所持有台北101股權轉讓給馬來西亞商IOI集團一案，19日已接獲馬來西亞商IOI集團相關申請案。

投審會表示，將按外國人投資條例第10條第2項規定，投資人轉讓其投資時，應由轉讓人及受讓人會同向主管機關申請核准。

不過投審會表示，由於目前尚未收到賣方（轉讓人頂新集團）相關申請案，因此本案尚無法正式受理。（周義朗／台北報導）
