國營事業年終領20萬？　國營會：視營運狀況

年終將至，國營事業獎金又成焦點，媒體報導，行政院所屬15家國營事業，今年將發放2.5到3.2個月不等的年終獎金，平均每人可領20萬元。

經濟部國營會副主委吳豐盛表示，中油、台電等公司員工績效獎金核發，是依據「經濟部所屬事業經營績效獎金實施要點」審查，需等年度終了時，視年度經營成果，並加減各事業所負擔的政策因素，如有盈餘，才可核發績效獎金。

他以102年度為例指出，審計部是到103年中才審定各公司決算，因此103年度發放的是102年度的績效獎金，其中，中油公司102年度的績效獎金不到1個月。吳表示，預算書是以事業可達成的預算盈餘水準為編列前提，103年度多家國營事業預算書都編列1.2個月績效獎金，但是否會如數發放，要看各公司實際營運。（周義朗／台北報導）
