林姓男子和讀國中的小女友數度性交，分手後，女方家長控告他妨害性自主，並索300萬慰撫金。林反譏「才分手她就懷了別人的孩子」，認為女方濫用貞操權。

今天出版的《聯合報》報導，林姓男子（25歲）租屋獨居，無故定工作；兩人交往10個月後分手，女學生向父母說出和林交往時的親暱，家長氣得提告。林否認犯行，稱女方索償無稽，並指兩人一分手，女學生隨即有了新歡還懷孕，「哪算侵害人格權？」。民事一審認定女學生性觀念受林不良影響，判他得賠女學生20萬、父母各10萬元。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
