醫收賄沒前科給緩刑

新竹地區一家醫院葉姓骨科醫師(57歲)，採購醫療儀器時多次收賄，向廠商收賄總額14萬4000元，葉坦承犯行，並繳回犯罪所得，法官認為，葉貪圖小利，傷害醫界聲譽，考量葉沒有前科，長期奉獻醫療專業，並不定期捐款回饋社會，犯後頗有悔意，新竹地院今天依不違背職務收賄罪，判他2年徒刑，緩刑4年，緩刑期內付保護管束，並向公庫支付50萬元，及提供120小時義務勞務。
