台塑集團明年加不加薪？總裁王文淵昨提到，勉強加薪的話，只不過會帶來通貨膨脹。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，王文淵昨出席集團60周年運動會，對於明年有沒有加薪計劃，王文淵把話給挑明了，直言加薪，可不能說加就加！勉強加薪的話，那只不過是會帶來通貨膨脹，市場競價給你，物價就漲了，比你加薪的速度還快，就怕貿然加薪，恐怕造成物價通膨。（胡治言／綜合報導）
