小米盜個資發11光棍節廣告, 報警後求償的計算要怎麼寫?

剛剛y新買的手機自動出現簡訊要求我連線到小米做認證,
我選拒絕, 沒想到它又一直跳出來要我加入小米認證 小米雲 跟一堆東西.

我就打給電信警察報案

不過警察說一定要提一個個資索賠金額, 雖然金額不大但是開庭好像要等等二個星期

出庭提求償一萬塊會太少嗎?
請假到台北地檢署的成本怎麼算

手機是紅米
