日月光Q3獲利創歷史次高　EPS0.82元

日月光（2311）今日舉行法說會，公布第3季獲利表現出色，稅後盈餘72.05億元，季增率高達42%，EPS達0.82元，創下歷史次高紀錄，也是2007年以來新高水準，累計前3季稅後純益157.37億元，每股稅後純益1.98元。展望第4季，日月光財務長董宏思指出，半導體封測事業的整體產能將較上季微幅增加1%，稼動率也將較第3季提升1~3%。

電子代工服務EMS的部分，第4季的營運表現將延續去年第3季成長動能，法人估季增率將達到20~25%。不過由於EMS、SiP比重提高，日月光預估，第4季合併營業毛利率將小幅下滑，合併營業淨利率則有機會持平。（楊喻斐／台北報導）
