翁啟惠：1月內提教授多元升等初步建議書

台灣的教授升等制度過於重視量化指標一直被外界詬病，民進黨籍立委許智傑今天在立法院教育文化委員會上，要求中研院在1個月內提出教授多元升等建議書，中研院長翁啟惠表示，願意幫忙，但會以大架構的建議書為主，若要完整建議書需要1年以上。
 
教育文化委員會今邀翁啟惠進行中研院業務報告，許智傑指出，目前教授升等過於重視研究成果，但產學合作等也很重要，希望中研院提出教授多元升等的建議書，改變現有升等方式，將來產業與學術界的結合更密切，希望中研院一個月內提出。
 
翁啟惠說，「這是可行的」，同意許智傑的看法，會盡力幫忙教育部，但若要完整建議書，要各方面去了解，需要1年以上，若只是初步架構的教授多元升等建議書，則可以在1個月內提出。（許敏溶／台北報導）
