「憤怒的小市民」一連4天在《蘋果》頭版刊登廣告，分別寫給馬英九總統、行政院長江宜樺、頂新魏家的一封信，以及自己「小市民的怒吼」，引起廣大迴響，網友紛紛要求索取電子檔，《蘋果》提供PDF檔，供讀者免費線上查閱、下載。

憤怒的小市民」首篇質疑馬英九，人民生活好在哪裡？民生物資漲價、薪水越來越薄，每隔一陣子爆發食安危機。第二篇給江院長，質疑為什麼頂新集團使用餿水油的違法行為早已有人通報，卻被隱匿這麼久？為什麼它一再爆發食安問題，卻可以繼續營業？行政院全面崩毀。

第三篇給頂新魏家，指魏家毫無過悔過之心，讓人越看越生氣。今天刊出的「最終回」，則是痛批無能政府、黑心財團讓台灣變成「羞恥之島」、「食之地獄」。
