學聯（香港專上學生聯會）代表與政府官員本月5日起連續三晚磋商，好不容易達成昨天進行正式對話的共識，不料林鄭月娥前晚以佔中團體揚言進一步發動「不合作運動」為由，宣布擱置對話，令外界錯愕，林鄭月娥等港府官員今、明兩天將到廣東省廣州市參加經貿會議，完全不顧佔中抗爭人士的民主呼聲。帶領大專生參與佔中行動的學聯秘書長周永康昨表示，明天港府若繼續悶不吭聲，不排除再度圍堵政府大樓。

學聯及學民思潮昨晚在金鐘夏愨道舉行集會，不滿政府擱置與學聯對話，集會人士佔滿夏愨道及附近行人天橋，集會歷時三個半小組，到昨晚11時結束。學聯秘書長周永康發言時表示，為了與政務司長林鄭月娥會面，曾與憲法和政制學者做了不少籌備功夫，希望得到政府回應，但對話遭到終止，批評政府不肯讓步。他又呼籲問責官員參與不合作運動，鼓起勇氣請辭。
