被觸身球爆臉的馬林魚強打Giancarlo Stanton，本季將不會再上場。

Giancarlo Stanton是在上個禮拜四，被釀酒人投手Mike Fiers砸中，造成骨折，牙齒斷裂，兩個眼睛都瘀青，臉部傷口也需要縫合。

馬林魚棒球事務部總裁Mike Hill表示，Giancarlo Stanton也有一點腦震盪的症狀，不過神經沒有受損。

「這是整體復原的過程，骨骼也是，腫漲的部份也是，」馬林魚總教練Mike Redmond今天賽前說，「所以要在球季結束前完全恢復，得到醫療許可回到場上，基本上時間不夠。」

「我們都希望他可以早點回來，但大家都曉得那是在球季結束之後了。」Mike Hill說。

Giancarlo Stanton之前曾PO出他受傷的照片，跟上個禮拜的情形比較，表示已經好很多，並希望可以在球季結束前回來，還需要處理的工作，大部份是在牙齒。
