IS斬首無辜人民 伊朗總統譴責

（路透華盛頓17日電）根據美國國家廣播公司新聞網（NBC News）今天公布的專訪節錄稿，伊朗總統羅哈尼（Hassan Rouhani）譴責伊斯蘭國（IS）斬首無辜人民，說這個好戰團體無恥的行為違反伊斯蘭教原則。

羅哈尼告訴NBC：「從伊斯蘭教義和文化的觀點來看，殺死1個無辜人民等於殺害全體人類。」「因此，殺害、斬首無辜人民，事實上對他們來說是羞恥的事，也是所有人類都要擔憂、難過的事。」

IS最近斬首美國記者佛里（James Foley）和索特羅夫（Steven Sotloff），上週也在影片中斬首英國人質海恩斯（David Haines），據稱還殺害其他人質。
