「　　蘋果發言人發表聲明稱，iPhone 6 和 iPhone 6 Plus 周五預訂數量超過史上最高紀錄：「消費者對 iPhone 6 和 iPhone 6 Plus 的反響很熱烈，一夜之間的預訂數量已經創下新紀錄。」

　　從目前的情況來看，iPhone 6 和 iPhone 6 Plus 將有望是蘋果 38 年來最大的發售狂潮。據稱蘋果要求制造商在 12 月 30 日前生產 7000 - 8000 萬的機器，這比去年蘋果要求的數量多出 30 - 40%。

　　美國時間周五午夜，AT&T 網站顯示，iPhone 6 Plus 發貨日期將延遲到 11 月 2 - 27 日，iPhone 6 發貨日期將在 21 - 35 個工作日後。AT&T 發言人馬克·西格爾表示，周五早上的預訂量超過過去兩年。

　　Verizon 的 iPhone 6 發貨日期在 9 月 19 日 - 10 月 7 日間，iPhone 6 Plus 發貨日期延遲到 10 月 14 - 28 日。

　　Sprint 網站直接提醒欲訂購的顧客，某些機型發貨可能會延遲。其中，64GB 和 128GB 版本的 iPhone 6 Plus 三周後能發貨，16GB 版本則需要等 4 - 6 周。

　　T-Mobile 官網的預訂頁面也間歇性出現技術問題，T-Mobile 顯然沒有預料到顧客需求量如此之大。
