阻國民加入聖戰　各國擬立法嚴禁

英媒報導，5名厭倦打聖戰想回家的英籍聖戰士，與7名法籍、德籍、比利時籍的聖戰士，皆被解除武裝並囚禁在敘國拉卡市。報導稱，這些英籍聖戰士因擔心返英即遭逮捕，不斷拖延下才被IS識破抓走，英國安全部門消息來源說：「英籍聖戰士沒本錢與英國討價還價，立刻丟下武器離開是最佳選擇。」

目前預估有250名英籍聖戰士返國，其中40人已被逮。為防止IS勢力擴大，法國希望能加強防止民眾赴敘國參加聖戰，英國也考慮是否要阻止聖戰士返國，突尼西亞打算將支援IS的行為列為刑事罪，俄國則已立法禁止加入IS。現庫德族民兵組織「敢死隊」也有女性加入，接受訓練對抗IS。（張渝萍／綜合外電報導）
