本報訊

桃園夜市經典老字號攤商「嘉義順蚵仔煎生炒花枝羹」的花枝羹，以焦香的好湯頭，榮獲夜市美食PK賽的首獎。

桃園縣政府工商發展局所舉辦的「桃園Yes遊GO意思」夜市美食PK賽，今天結果出爐，30家初選入圍的攤店家，經過美食饕客嚴選與及網路票選，由「嘉義順蚵仔煎生炒花枝羹」的花枝羹獲得評審青睞，脫穎而出。

評審表示，嘉義順為30年老店的豐富經驗，加上道地傳統小吃，用料新鮮口味實在，拔得頭籌榮獲今年「Yes美食王」。

工商局也表示，嘉義順一直深受在地客喜愛，經過縣府兩年競賽輔導與建議，逐步改善攤內環境，整體整潔度明顯提升，今年度終於征服評審挑剔標準，抱回大獎。

另外，本屆比賽的多項獎項，「名不虛傳獎」分別由桃園觀光夜市「張傢店排骨酥」、中壢觀光夜市「古早味大腸麵線甜不辣」拿下；「安心美食獎」則由桃園觀光夜市「雞皇香酥雞」及中壢觀光夜市「石頭燒餅」獲得。

「微笑美食獎」獲獎者為桃園觀光夜市「豪記無骨戰鬥雞」及中壢觀光夜市「曾記滷味」；「超值美食獎」勝出攤商為桃園觀光夜市「鴨肉麵」及中壢觀光夜市「檳城炒粿條」。

「創意美食獎」則為桃園觀光夜市「烤馬鈴薯」及中壢觀光夜市「波蘭傳統手工蛋糕」。

另外，民眾票選最高的「人氣美食獎」，則分別為桃園觀光夜市「甜芋湯米糕粥」及中壢觀光夜市「吳記排骨」。(中央社)
