大閘蟹吃死人？　婦人休克送醫不治

澎湖傳出首例疑似吃大閘蟹死亡案，家屬不排除將僅剩的蟹腳送驗，釐清死亡原因。
 
今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，澎湖一名婦人前天凌晨吃了大閘蟹，清晨5點多出現發燒、嘔吐症狀，先到三總澎湖分院掛急診；晚上7點10分再度就診，出現缺氧感覺，之後婦人神智不清，心跳變慢，家屬同意給予插管，但病人心跳突然停止，持續急救無效，宣告死亡。
 
醫師指出，婦人最近有烤肉，要是吃過被海洋弧菌汙染的海鮮，又吃到汙染的大閘蟹、喝酒，「可能是壓垮身體的最後一根稻草」。也有醫師認為，無法斷定與大閘蟹有關，但從症狀研判，應該是飲食感染（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
