之前上班等紅燈排了很長，綠燈後大家都跟得很近， 當綠轉黃的時候，大家跟得更近了，我前面那台車要過不過的， 車身3/2都過白線了還給我急煞，當時我是勉強停下來了， 但我屁股就這樣被捅了，前面也去推撞到前車。 這邊說到推撞→指的是我車靜止不動，因遭受後方車輛撞擊去推撞前車 肇責→只有最後面那台車，須理賠前方所有靜止不動車輛的維修費用 追撞→指的是車輛再行進間遭受後方車輛撞擊，再去追撞前車 肇責→後方車賠前方車，一台賠一台 當時我是停下來的，所以我的前後保桿，行李箱全額11.8W(C8，原廠) 後方車保險全賠! 如果沒保險對方是絕對不可能賠這價位的~我也是只能鼻子摸一摸 你可以跟對方談折舊，相對的對方也可以要求你代步費(車子維修期間) 民事就是談到雙方都可以接受的價位，和氣生財! 只要對方不是坑你，能和解就盡快吧，記得要保險....XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.171.109.220 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1410564279.A.8C2.html
