美研究:糖尿病藥愛妥糖 不增罹癌風險

美國一項最新研究證實，治療糖尿病的常用藥「愛妥糖」，不會增加患者罹患膀胱癌的風險。

幾年前，曾有研究指出，長期服用愛妥糖可能些微增加罹患膀胱癌的風險，使得法國將藥品下架，國內也要求廠商應於仿單上加註注意事項。美國賓州大學與北加州凱撒醫療中心最近完成一項10年的追蹤研究，認為用藥與膀胱癌無關。

中華民國心臟學會秘書長葉宏一提醒，糖尿病患因為免疫力差，身體對壞細胞清除的能力不佳，本來就比常人罹癌風險高；他建議糖尿病患更要維持良好生活習慣，遠離致癌的危險因子，並且要重視癌症定期篩檢。
