布朗喪禮　數千人聚集哀悼

數以千計人25日聚集密蘇里州聖路易斯市一間浸信會教堂，出席早前被白人警察開槍擊斃的黑人青年布朗喪禮。

除死者親友外，還有民權人士、當地社區領袖及密蘇里州長尼克森。總統歐巴馬派出3名白宮官員出席。

布朗父親24日表示，希望民眾在葬禮當天不要舉行示威，讓喪禮在和平、寧靜氣氛下進行。 8月9日，18歲的布朗在佛格森市被白人警察擊斃，觸發連日騷亂，歐巴馬下令相關部門徹查案件，並派遣司法部長霍爾德到當地協助調查。（國際中心／綜合報導）
