張顯耀案　​綠委：應列江揆施政報告重點

遭控洩密的陸委會前副主委張顯耀，日前主動赴北檢到案後被下限制住居，立法院預計下月中旬開議，民進黨立委蔡煌瑯上午在立院受訪強調，張顯耀事件影響深遠，如果張是共諜、洩密，整個兩岸事務將完全停頓，張所代表去簽署的服貿等協議，立法院也不應該承認，行政院長江宜樺應該把張案列為未來施政報告的最重要事件，立法院要嚴格監督。

昨傳出府院打算讓陸委會主委王郁琦下台，蔡煌瑯表示，王郁琦在張顯耀事件說法前後矛盾，謊話連篇，未來立院開議後，民進黨將要求成立調查委員會，對張案進行全面性調查，「王郁琦禁不起立法院考驗，馬金體制為求斷尾求生，一定會把王當成代罪羔羊，王的去職指日可待。」（陳培煌╱台北報導）
