標題[問題] 公司內部轉調部門還需要試用期嗎？

小弟的友人目前任職於某一連鎖飯店 8月從原本的職位調到櫃台 原本想說薪水至少可以好一點了， 現在卻說還要有試用期三個月 這三個月的薪水則是30K，且沒有獎金 而原來的薪水加獎金大概也有28K 每月的工時則是大概從204個小時變成240小時 她在那間飯店已任職一年多了，但只因為調部門，需要再重新經歷試用期。 且飯店也在同一間，卻不能領獎金。 想請問大家，這樣是正常的嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 182.235.95.154 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1407330856.A.BEA.html
