中市優良公寓大廈評選開跑　快來抱回4萬元

台中市優良公寓大廈評選活動開跑，分組冠軍就能抱回獎牌、獎座各一，還能獲得4萬元獎金！台中市政府今天公告「2014年優良公寓大廈評選活動計劃」，只要社區是在2012年8月20日前取得使用執照且成立管委會，即日起至8月29日皆可報名，得獎名單將在10月15日前公布。
 
報名的社區依屋齡分為「新生類」、「青壯類」和「風華再現類」，前2者又以戶數100戶以下、101~200戶和201戶以上分為小型、中型、大型組。台中市政府除了頒發各組前3名的獎項，也會依社區特色頒發社區營造、綠美化、節能減碳等特色獎，以鼓勵住戶踴躍參與社區事務、經營維護社區品質。（潘姿羽／台北報導）
