管線檢討／石化管線 陳菊：經濟部的權責

高雄氣爆意外發生以來，石化管線權責歸屬引發中央與地方口水戰；高雄市長陳菊今天指出，經濟部是中油的主管單位，權責應該很清楚；她也指出，准許管線埋設的責任，交給檢方處理，目前還在救災，她不需要做回應。
