監委人事復議案　立法院明處理

立法院臨時會原訂本周行使監察院人事同意權，但民進黨團上周「突襲」，對審查時程提出復議，以致今無法如期舉行監院人事案公聽會，為監院人事投下變數。不過，立法院中午召開程序委員會，經表決國民黨團10票、民進黨團、台聯黨團7票，通過國民黨團提案，明天院會處理監院人事復議案。

程序委員會原列討論事項包括《兩岸締結協議處理條例》、《藥師法》、《長照法》等部分條文修正草案，國民黨團都提出暫緩，改增列處理民進黨團提出的監察院人事復議案。民進黨立委陳其邁痛批，國民黨將付出慘痛代價，預告不排除杯葛議事。（李英婷／台北報導）
