各位好，朋友在一間中小企業當會計，工作了一年半， 週五下班前老闆娘突然給她一份合約書，說公司裡每個人都簽了，要她也簽， 因為公司本身有些規定有點怪，朋友怕有陷阱， 跟老闆娘說要跟家人討論，沒有立刻簽，希望大家給一點意見 簽約內容如圖 http://imgur.com/a/mu472 （用手機拍畫質不太好，請見諒） 個人是覺得第四條最有問題， 公司裡的大多數人都是工廠技師，如合約中所寫，他們是論件計酬， 他們只有週休一日，國定假日也沒有放假，也沒有特休， 但辦公室人員（就是我朋友）除了週休二日以外，也沒有特休和國定假日可放， 依照第四條所寫好像是合理化這一切。 麻煩大家了 Orz -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.163.235.218 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1403376342.A.C00.html
